Four, LED light belt in the maintenance of matters needing attention
1, anti-static: because LED is electrostatic sensitive element, if you do not do a good job of anti-static measures in the maintenance of LED light belt, it will burn out LED, resulting in waste. It is important to note that the soldering iron must be used with anti-static iron, and the maintenance personnel must also take anti-static measures (such as wearing electrostatic rings and anti-static gloves, etc.).
2. Continuous high temperature: LED and FPC, two important components of the LED lamp belt, are not sustainable high temperature resistant products. If the FPC in the continuous high temperature or is more than its withstand temperature, it will make the FPC covering film foam, directly resulting in the LED lamp scrap. At the same time, LED can not continue to withstand high temperature, in high temperature for a long time, its chip will be burned out by high temperature. Therefore, the soldering iron used in the maintenance of the LED lamp belt must be controlled by the temperature iron, the temperature is limited in a range, and it is forbidden to arbitrarily change and set. In addition, even so, it is also necessary to pay attention to the maintenance, the iron should not stay at the foot of the LED for more than 10 seconds, if more than this time, it is likely to burn out the LED chip.
3. Short circuit: many LED lights are bad because there is a short circuit at the foot. We must find out the real bad cause before maintenance. Otherwise, after hastily replacing the bad LED, it will continue to cause the chip of the LED to be broken down by the short circuit current when it is powered on again.
